SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Effective as off June 21, 2022

Payment

  • Payments have to be made before shipment takes place.

  • Items will be shipped after payment is made.

  • Shipment takes three to five workdays if item is in stock (for the Netherlands).

  • Delivery and shipment of custom made items will take place according to agreed terms between customer and TAC.

Tracking Your Order​

  • All orders will be provided with a tracking number sent by email.​

Estimated shipment times.

  • The Netherlands: 3 to 5 workdays.

  • Europe: 3 to 15 workdays.

  • The Netherlands Antilles and Aruba: 7 to 30 workdays.

Shipment costs

  • Shipment costs in the Netherlands vary from €4,50 to €7,50. Depending on the size of the package and if it fits in a letterbox.

  • Shipment costs in the rest of Europe vary from €7,50 to €9,00. Depending on the size of the package and if it fits in a letterbox.

  • TAC does NOT ship on a frequent basis to The Netherlands Antilles or Aruba due to the high shipping cost. Please contact TAC privately in case you really want an order shipped, to discuss other possibilities. 


Customs and import taxes.

  • Costumers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. TAC is not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Items may be returned within 14 days. After first having contacted TAC for the return placement.

  • Items must not have been opened and in original packaging.

  • Custom made items may not be returned after being confirmed.

  • The returns costs are for the customer.

PRIVACY POLICY

  • At The Affirmation Club we care about your privacy and handle all of your personal information, such as e-mail address and shipping addresses with care. None of your private or personal information will be given to third parties without your consent.    We refer you for further information to our privacy policy in our website footer.
